Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • Products are shipped out within 48 hours through USPS.

Returns:

  • All products are non-refundable.
  • Only eligible for exchange if original product is returned unopened & unused within 7 days from delivery. Due to the infectious nature of Adhesives/Liners, Oils, Brow Pencils & Gels, they are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • The Ritz & Ritzy lashes is not responsible for return shipping costs or damaged products caused by carrier mishandling.
