Shipping policy

The Ritz Salon and Spa & Ritzy Lashes are not responsible for product damaged during delivery or transit by mail carriers. Return shipping labels will be provided upon request for customers exchanging products. Return shipping packaging will not be provided, all return shipping packaging costs are up to the responsibility of the customer. All orders placed on or after 3pm on a Friday will be considered weekend orders. Expect any orders placed over the weekend to be fulfilled by Monday/Tuesday. In store pick up orders from the weekend will be ready for pickup on Tuesday.
